1. Who you're buying from

This shop is owned and run by Elethia Mills, a sole trader based in the United States.

2. What you're buying

Every product is a digital template — either a Google Sheets template (delivered as a copy link) or a layered Photoshop file (delivered as a download). There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

3. How ordering & payment work

Orders are placed by email, not through an automatic checkout. You choose the templates you'd like and send your order (the basket's “Email my order” button fills this in). We reply with a secure payment link, and the moment your payment is received your templates are delivered to you by email automatically. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never collected or stored by this website.

4. Your licence

• You may use and customise the templates for your own personal or business projects — including client work and items you create with them.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute or republish the template files themselves, or list them for sale as your own.

5. What you need

Google Sheets templates need a free Google account (and export to Excel). Photoshop templates are layered .PSD files that require Adobe Photoshop to edit; any non-standard fonts used are free, with download links provided.

6. Prices & taxes

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The amount on your payment link is what you pay; any applicable taxes are shown there before you confirm.

7. Delivery & refunds

Delivery is digital and instant after payment — see the Delivery and Refund policies.

8. Disclaimer & liability

Templates are built with care and offered in good faith, but results depend on how you edit and use them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a template is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights that can't be waived.

The shop at ElethiaMills.site is run by Elethia Mills, the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email and the templates you'd like, when you email an order or message us.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider via the secure link. We're told a payment succeeded, but your full card number is never sent to or stored by this website.
• Basic technical information our host may process to keep the site running and secure.

We never ask for access to your Google account, your devices or your files — templates are shared as links you open yourself.

3. How we use it

To prepare your order, send your payment link and templates, answer questions, keep required records and prevent fraud. We don't sell your information and don't send marketing unless you ask.

4. Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to take payment), our email and hosting providers (to deliver your templates and run the site), and authorities only where legally required.

5. Cookies

Only what's essential. Your basket is kept in your browser during your visit and isn't shared with us until you email your order.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep order records only as long as needed for support and legal duties. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information; EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) customers have these rights and more. Just email us.

7. Children & security

This shop is intended for adults and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 16. Payments run over encrypted connections and we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold.

How delivery works

• You send your order by email (or tap “Email my order” in the basket).
• We reply with a secure payment link for the templates you chose.
• The instant your payment is received, your templates are emailed to you automatically — Google Sheets as a private copy link, and Photoshop kits as a download link to the PSD files.

Instant delivery

Delivery is immediate on payment; you won't wait around. If anything ever doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and the email address you used, then email elethiamills.site@proton.me and we'll re-send it right away.

What you need

Sheets templates: a free Google account (click “Make a copy” and it's yours; exports to Excel too). Photoshop templates: Adobe Photoshop to open the layered .PSD files; any non-standard fonts are free, with links included.

We want you genuinely happy with your templates. Please read this alongside our Terms.

The nature of digital goods

Templates are delivered instantly as digital files. Once a link has been sent and opened or downloaded it can't be “returned” like a physical item, so as a general rule all sales are final once the template has been delivered.

When we'll always make it right

That doesn't stop us looking after you. We'll gladly fix or refund if:

• you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice;
• a file won't open, is corrupted, or a link doesn't work and we can't resolve it;
• you were sent the wrong template;
• you never received your files; or
• you change your mind before we've sent them — just let us know.

How to ask

Email elethiamills.site@proton.me with your name and a short note. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider; timing depends on your bank.

Chargebacks & your rights

If something seems wrong, please contact us first — we can usually fix it faster than a chargeback. Nothing in this policy affects consumer rights that can't legally be waived.
